YUM QI's Ecstatic Night in Yoga

Ecstacy is an experience which truly is drug free!  If you can not draw from your own life experience and agree to this expression then...

I ecstatically recommend Ryan Nadlonek's 'Ecstatic Yoga Experience' at Divinitree Yoga and Art Studio in Santa Cruz on Monday evenings; 6:30-8pm.

I was stoked to have been part of a unique and freely structured yoga class.  This experience completely opened my mind and heart to the possibilities of community communing for a higher good. I think I was smiling inside and out the entire class.

A rare treat in yoga class is to have live music, and this class always features live music from the amazing healing sounds from Jonah Kai Morreale.  More yoga classes need live music! Jonah is also available for personal sound healing sessions.  Jonah is a great person with a lot of enthusiasm and a huge asset to the Santa Cruz/Bay Area communities.  He is also a producer, and I highly recommend one of his parties.

I can't tell you what to expect because Ryan's teaching style is purely in the moment and suited to the groups needs.  I can tell you this; expect to have FUN, sweat, dance, laugh, love, heal, relax, connect to your highest potential, wall play, freedom to express yourself as an individual, group hugs and unite deeply with community.

Ryan always asks the group for requests and reads the energy of the group really well at the beginning of each class.  He is mature in his personal yoga practice, energetic for life and full of experiential wisdom of living yoga.  Ryan personally trained with the famous, and beautiful yoga trance dancer Shiva Rea.  He embodies the playful freedom of choice and moment to moment presence.  This class is probably the closest yoga experience you can have in your daily life which most embodies the essence, and unbelievable experience of going to Burning Man.

I always learn so much about myself, the nature of life and others while practicing yoga, and NEVER regret making it to class.  Jamie (my baba) and I are looking forward to the class tonight.
